1. Prepare the penis to begin with your jelqing routine. This can be in the shower, but not necessarily; choose a place where you feel comfortable to start with your exercises. Take a clean cloth, you can use a clean kitchen cloth or a towel. Moisten it with warm water, drain it and put it on your penis in such a way that the temperature increases in the genital zone. Keep the clean cloth in this zone 2 or 3 minutes in order to increase the local temperature.

2. Take the Clean cloth off, and massage the penis softly with both hands to increase the flow of blood until the penis achieves a size superior to that of total rest.

3.Once the penis is warm, take the Power J Gym, introduce it in the center of the rollers at the level of the base of the glans penis, press the penis in this zone and stretch it taking it forward until you feel that the ligament of the member in the inguinal zone stretches and keep it stretched for 10 seconds. Release the penis and repeat this operation once or twice more. With this exercise you can reduce the freedom of the rollers with the traction control to create greater resistance.

4. Measure the resistance with the traction control and set the rollers to the freedom that you consider to be most suitable, remember, the greater the resistance of the rollers , the greater the degree of effort of exercise. The rollers will never be blocked to prevent them from moving on the penis and irritating the skin. Since the rollers do not lock, uncomfortable oils are not necessary, nevertheless if you want to use them to give more elasticity to the skin you, and a hand cream also can help.

Begin the basic exercise of jelq introducing the penis between the rollers but this time at the level of the abdomen in order to capture the best quantity of blood possible and pull the penis forwards without releasing the rollers in such a way that the blood does not return and begins to press the internal tissues of the penis forcing them to expand. Cross the whole penis in this way but release before coming to the glans penis. Repeat this operation from 150 to 200 times daily resting 2 days a week. Once you finish the repetitions the penis will seem slightly more voluminous than normal and with a muscular appearance. Finally massage the penis again with both hands and rest.

It should take approximately 4 seconds for the rollers to reach the glans penis from the abdomen. The penis can not be erected. So if the penis is totally erect rest for a moment while the erection reduces and then continue. The ideal conditions for the basic routine is to keep the penis semierect (an erection maximum of 60 % to 80 %), but never with a total erection. For no reason press the glans penis, always take the rollers only up to the base.

You will feel your penis growing tired, as happens when you exercise any other part of your body. This depletion is natural, but if you suffer any pain suspend the exercises, the routines must never cause pain, but on the contrary, are enjoyable.
